Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("the client") and The Dolce Avventura ("the Agency"). By booking any service through our website or via direct contact, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Responsibilities of the Agency and the Client

  • The Agency is responsible for organizing and coordinating travel services as described in each itinerary or package purchased.

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate personal information, verifying travel documentation (e.g. passport, visas, vaccinations), and adhering to deadlines related to payment, booking confirmations, or submission of information required for the service.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to review and understand the service details before confirming a reservation.

 

2. Booking Process

  • All bookings must be confirmed via email or through our website.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation and payment have been received.

  • The Agency reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if necessary, with prior notice and a full refund when applicable.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred (e.g., supplier fees).

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused portions of the services.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.

 

4. Changes and Modifications

  • If the Client wishes to make changes after confirmation, the Agency will try to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee availability or avoid additional charges.

  • The Agency reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or supplier failure.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Agency is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity arising from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

  • The Agency is not liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, transportation strikes, or any other force majeure event.

  • Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

 

6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

 

7. Client Acceptance

  • By completing a booking or checking the acceptance box on our website, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  • A digital record of acceptance will be stored for future reference in case of disputes.
